When in doubt or just plain clueless on what and where best to invest in, follow those who have the resources to hire expensive investment consultants and financial advisers to make that decision for them.
Rule No.2 = Make Sure You Are Following The Right Guru
Before following in the footsteps of your property investment guru, CHECK their company track record of success and failures. Never follow a loser.
When it comes to Singapore Property, who best to choose as guru than 2 of the world's most successful leaders in the hospitality industry. When these 2 gurus make their calculated moves TOGETHER, you should get the hint of what to expect of Pasir Ris Beach area in the near future.
Reading articles and the newspaper is useless if you don't read in BETWEEN the lines because that's where the real juice is. Have a look at Far East 's article on The Seastrand, you can tell who the target audiences are by looking at the top right corner of the webpage.
"For Overseas Home Buyers: English | 简体中文 | 한국어 | Bahasa Indonesia "
When buying an investment property, the most ideal choice would be one that can reap you the highest ROI. What you should be looking for is a RARE UNPOLISHED GEM.
Rare = Supply Low, Demand High * Beachfront / Seaside Properties in Singapore
Unpolished Gem = TWO of Singapore's most established developers and BOTH also hospitality leaders buy up the land closest to Pasir Ris Beach. HELLO!!!! Once these Guru Projects are ready, the unpolished Gem becomes Polished and ready to be sold for a nice profit.
My American friend once told me that Singapore is an Idiot's Investment Environment meaning even IDIOT's know what best to invest in. JUST FOLLOW THE LEADER.
LEADER= The one who calls the shots. We all know who calls the shots in Singapore. and I thank God they are sharp shooters :)
Don't dismiss Pasir Ris just because the sea water quality is not as clear as the beautiful beaches of Australia. Because according to my dad, when he was a little kid Pasir Ris was Singapore's most beautiful beach! Pristine WHITE sand! In fact I googled and the phrase pasir ris means ‘white sand’ in Malay and was used to describe the long stretch of sandy beach along Singapore's coastline!
